Problem Definition
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it has become more difficult and unsafe for people to go to the gym or outside to exercise and stay fit. In a country like Hong Kong, where living spaces are smaller the main limitations are: space limitations, lack of essential exercise equipment, and the lack of societal element.
